"In just two months with Ronnie Clark, I lost 40lbs, added 35lbs to my back squat, ran five miles when I couldn’t even run one, and did my first pull-up! I committed fully to his 6-days-a-week program and his dieting tips. Although it was a hard change in my life, I knew how bad I wanted it because I was tired of feeling out of shape everyday.
