About your Coach

Ronnie Clark

I’ve spent most of my life in athletics—12 years playing football, including two years at the collegiate level where I started as a freshman and sophomore and earned All-Conference honors both seasons. That foundation built the discipline, work ethic, and competitive mindset I carry into everything I do. Now, with over a decade of gym experience and a CrossFit Level 1 certification, I specialize in Olympic lifting and helping others build real, lasting strength. I’m currently training to qualify for the CrossFit Games, and that pursuit has only deepened my belief in the power of consistency, mindset, and showing up—especially when it’s hard. I’m passionate about working with beginners and everyday athletes, because there’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone transform from hesitant to confident, from unsure to unstoppable. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your performance to the next level, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s change your life together

Mission

Strength doesn’t start in the gym—it starts with a decision. My mission is to empower and assist individuals on their fitness journey, helping them break past their limits and achieve their goals with purpose and discipline. I specialize in giving that extra push when someone’s hesitant to start, guiding them through the doubts, the fears, and the unfamiliar. As a CrossFit Level 1 certified trainer with over a decade of hands-on experience, I focus on Olympic lifting and building real, lasting strength. Every program I design is rooted in the same drive that fuels my own path—training to qualify for the CrossFit Games. I don’t just coach movement—I coach mindset, consistency, and grit that lasts far beyond the gym.

Vision

I see a future where fitness is no longer a guessing game or an intimidating process, but a clear path toward self-mastery. Through expert coaching, proven programming, and a relentless belief in progress, I’m creating a space where discipline becomes the standard and giving up isn’t an option. With the same focus I bring to my own training, my vision is to build a community of strong, confident individuals who move with purpose and live with intention—inside and outside the gym.
